Thank you for choosing https://evisa-official.vn for your Vietnam eVisa and immigration fast-track services. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. General Policy

Our services involve processing and submitting visa applications and/or facilitating fast-track assistance at Vietnam airports. As we act on your behalf and begin work immediately after order placement, all service fees are non-refundable once your application has been submitted or your airport assistance has been scheduled.

2. Visa Application Services

✅ Refunds May Be Considered If:
  • You request a cancellation before we submit your application to the Vietnam Immigration Department.
  • You make duplicate payments by mistake (we will refund the extra amount).
❌ No Refund Will Be Provided If:
  • Your visa application is rejected by immigration.
  • You provide incorrect, incomplete, or false information.
  • You cancel the application after submission to the authorities.
  • You no longer wish to travel after we begin processing.
  • You apply too close to your travel date and do not receive the visa in time due to immigration delays.

3. Immigration Fast-Track Services

Fast-track services are scheduled directly with airport authorities. Refund requests for fast track services are carefully checked and processed. You will receive the final amount after deducting a platform fee of 5% + service fee $10. [For example, if you paid $25 then you are entitled to receive $13.75. i.e (($25 – 5%) – $10)]

✅ Refunds May Be Provided If:
  • You cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled arrival.
  • Your flight is canceled and you provide proof, and you do not plan to reschedule.
❌ No Refund Will Be Provided If:
  • You cancel less than 48 hours before arrival.
  • You do not show up at the airport or fail to inform us of last-minute flight changes.
  • You provide wrong arrival details (date, time, flight number, or airport).

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@evisa-official.vn with:

  • Your full name
  • Email ID which you used to book the fast track services
  • Phone Number
  • Reason for refund request
  • Any supporting documents (if applicable)

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
