No, eVisas are only given for foreigners visiting on Tourism. According to the Vietnamese law any foreigner entering the country should hold a valid visa for the purpose of entry. If you are coming to work, you must hold a work permit or a letter from your company sponsoring the Visa.
You should present your latest eVisa to ensure compliance with the immigration at Vietnam’s Border.
